Sadly, without the bits it will be pretty expensive to get sailing.
The centreboard case looks way too far forward too - unless just the back part is used or it has a quadrant shaped board or a bowsprit.
Looks like a free plan from magazine type boat. Might be wrong - but just a bit strangely set up.
