Simon , please , correct me if I'm wrong , but its the boat being sold , not the mooring .
The owner would have to advise the authority that owns/controls the mooring , and would either have to apply to have a new boat on the mooring , or he would relinquish the mooring , and someone else would take it over (maybe the new buyer of this boat , on application).
Thats my understanding , please correct me if I'm wrong .
And I'd like to know what the engine is , it doesn't say , that I can see.
    Regards Rob J.

    I'm sure you're right.
I just saw a boat, read "Sydney" and put two-and-two together, and came up with floating real estate with a harbour views.
I find that my simple-minded whimsy very rarely stands up to rigorous technical analysis (nor is it intended to, I might add!)
Regarding the engine and mooring transfer, I'm sure the owner would oblige with answers to that.
I'm just a dreaming window-shopper, not the owner.

I'd say the mooring is probably worth more than the boat , ANY boat !.
And the engine may be of more value , to some people , than the boat too .
I may e-mail the owner , to see what he says.
    Regards Rob J.
