Wooden Boat Hull | eBay

Seller writes
Selling this wooden boat hull on behalf of a good friend who has passed away. He has spent literally 100's of careful hours on the construction of this sailing boat so far, and this now unfinished project was to be his pride and joy.
The principal dimensions of this wooden hull are: length overall 7.20 metres, length waterline 6.30 metres and the beam is 2.60 metres. The hull draught is 0.70 metres with the maximum draught 1.95 metres. The dispacement is 1820 kilos and the sail area would be 24 sq metres.
There is a full set of six detailed plans with the categories being Fittings, Lines and Offsets, Construction Plans, General Arrangements, Construction Settings and Sail Plan.
The pictures detail just how well this hull has been crafted, and it appears the timber type and construction has been exactly to plan.
There is no doubt a prospective buyer still has a large job ahead of them before the craft makes its maiden voyage, but I can assure that the difficult basic hull construction is there, and could hardly have been done better.
The covering tarpaulin obviously has allowed a small amount of rain inside the hull, but the hull has held the water, and is obviously 100% watertight.
The hull is located in Ararat Victoria, and is mounted on supports as per one of the photos. A buyer would need to arrange their own lifting and transport from the present site.
An inspection can be arranged if necessary. The family wish to remove the hull, and so the starting price is very fair for what is being offered.
May I repeat the builder has spent countless hours on this so far, and if a wooden boat of this dimension is what you want, this hull is worthy of serious consideration.
