Converted an old dining room table into a sewing workbench on wheels, and the Mrs had a play with some epoxy toppings.
Started with a white seal coat.

Then a colour.
20230115_230958.jpg
Tried a different style with the same colours for her main workbench.

Finished up the room with some custom black flasing to go over the beams.

That pretty much finishes up top in the mez area (other than stairs/edge balistrade so I can focus back into rest of the shed.

my wife went 1 stage better, did the whole concrete floor,
plain concrete floor, mop over leaving a film of moisture, tins of OIL base paint...gotta be oil based, then using hair dryer, old string floor mop, broom, rags, etc spread it all over the damp floor.
Walk away, leave room untouched for a few days to dry and harden, as the moisture evaporates the oil paint is absorbed into the concrete.
We finished up with 3 coats of clear sealerI would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Got some funny looks at the local bunnings picking up another 11 sheets of yellow tounge without a trailer on friday on my way home from work.
I needed to put up 13 sheets worth of yellow tounge to finish the long wall, and althrough it was extremly hot and muggy, we got them all up.
Oo the wall just needs a sand now and will be ready to spray.

So we had the scissor lift hired, and used that to get rest of the insulation in and the last of the ceiling panels that I had onsite.

More Painting
Haven't got a huge amount dont of late.
I got the back end all finished up painted and electrical fit off complete for those bays, so now 1 long wall is done, back wall is done, and 2 sections of the other large wall is all painted and fit off.
20230529_161636.jpg
Picked up epoxy to start on the floor over the next couple of weeks.

So we got the floor ground, vac'd. Luckly for me the closest neighbour is about 70m away and with the shed fully insulated now with yellow tounge on the walls, there was very little sound carry over outside of the shed.
We are using All Purpose Coatings Epoxy kits, we did the trail run of how hard it was to lay up in the mez prior to decided if we would do it on the entire floor.
The kit is a 4 coat system
1 Base Coat
2 Flake Coat
3 Top Clear
4 UV Protective

After grinding and cleaning up we got 1st coat of epoxy down.

This morning i've been mixing up the highlight for the flake coat, we will try and get down tonight, flake colour is ICE with mango highlight that i've mixed in at 250g per box 4.5kg of ICE which is around 5.5%

I haven't gotten too much more done of late, still need to clean up the next bay to get some more of the flooring down.
I have moved the CNC into the corner and powered up to start to have a bit of a play.

why the brain box connected to the CNC so big?
or does it have an air compressor/vaccuum in it or something?
