Ermats New Shed.
The new shed is constructed of steel. It is six x 9m. [The five and six keys do not work on this keyboard. it's nearly as old as I am]
I am no carpenter so the result will be what it is.
The back end of the shed will be devoted to workshop with bench, or benches, pedestal vice, welder, storage racks, etc. I am only lining the workshop end of the shed with ply. May not end up with much woodwork gear as steel fab is more my thing.
Anyway I made the decision to run no studs as the intention is to use the ply walls to hang not a lot of weight, but more than is possible with a bare steel frame which is the downside of a steel shed.
The shed is constructed with 3 horizontal steel girts, to which I have directly attached 12mm 2.4 x 1.2 ply sheets vertically. I have back blocked the girts at the screw points and also installed 24mm overlapping ply back blocks where the sheets butt vertically to align the ply sheets.

I insulated and then lined the metal working end of my shed with miniorb sheeting. It's surprising what can be hung off miniorb with ten screw but for heavier duty I did screw ino the girts or hund stuff from the roof trusses which are made of 5mm angle. The Miniorb is surprisingly good at reducing noise levels in the shed,.

I got tricked by the 'photo to follow' and assumed it was yours. I always preferred picture books as a child.

Once I have all the ply up, I will plan the French Cleat layout.

I noticed your shed walls have no sarking on them - at least, it seems so from the photos?
Do you get any condensation in your area?

That is a good question. This shed has been up 9 months and I have seen no condensation.

Perhaps it evapourates before you open up the shed.
It’ll be there. Consider planning for it. My carport in Canberra develops so much moisture underneath that sometimes it feels as though it’s raining. (I’m joking, of course.) But I’m often amazed by how much moisture develops.
Rambunctious, who lives in Queensland, made some interesting comments about his experience in another thread. You might like to check that out (toward the end). As you’d imagine he’s in a humid environment. However, from what I’ve read, cold environments have their own issues and you should consider how condensation will affect you.

There is membrane under the roof iron. Nothing on the wall. Definately no condensation forming on the inside the iron clad walls.

Only reason I asked that question was because when we bought the place we're in now, the shed out back (10m x 7m) had sarking on the roof, but not the walls.
The previous owner had bolted plywood to the purlins as you're doing. I wanted to investigate, because I was suspicious that they had not planned for condensation and allowed a way for it to naturally vent.
The amount of black mold behind the plywood when I pulled it off the walls was scary.
I ended up gutting the inside of the shed, and re-doing it: Midnight's Shed
