Email reply from Bondall re Multi-surface Water-proofing coating.
”re coat if brickwork goes dark or if the water stops beading”.

Judging by the colour of your lawn, there is zero salt contamination.

I have used Berger Jet Dry on the deck of a yacht for 33 years with excellent results. Deck is dynel cloth and epoxy over cedar plywood. No idea if the Berger Jet Dry acts as a water-proofer, but it has excellent UV and scuff resistant properties.

Thanks for all the help guys. Turns out one of the guys in my fishing club spent his working life building Besser block buildings & today told me the simple solution. First clean with vinegar solution to kill any moss & mould, then wash with pressure cleaner. Give it one coat of Bondcrete, diluted 4:1 with water, then two coats of quality exterior paint. Should get out of it for around $400 which is great, as my money tree hasn't survived the plague too well.
