It's a bit like leaning an axe against a poor-fruiting lemon tree.
Just as the tree takes fright and starts fruiting again, I'm hoping that the chisels will also multiply?

I think you should be a moderator for that section Paul.
Panel looks excellent Fletty. If you are going to leadlight the windows in the shed you need to do a scene from Roubo or similar.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

I feel a leadlighting GTG coming on. Not sure if that is before or after boxmaking

Maybe not an issue with a stationary rack but in the back of the truck the chisels rock and hit each other.

Don't you feel better working on a clean bench? I must drive DaveTTC mad when he is working in my shed as I put things away as soon as I use them if they are not going to be used straight away. I must admit it is not up to FF's 12/10 standard though. At the moment I can hardly move in there because a new mitre saw bench is being built and the old one ripped out.

The only time I cant find something in Chris' shed is if I've already used it and put it down 'somewhere?'

    Doesn't negative count. I'd get a -12 out of 10 I'm sure

Well, it's gratifying to know that I've had some influence. It's probably the only woodworking task that I'll ever score very high marks in though.....

Now fletty, that rack you built is for temporary tools in use, right? So that means we should see an ever-rotating bunch of tools there....right? Not the same permanent bunch of chisels, screwdrivers etc......?

    Wow
Just reading this reminds me of when the little devil( name begins with D ends in E was let loose in my space).
I would use a tool then I would put two tools back.
I actually remember that day thinking I'm walking a lot back and forth.
I also remember being constantly asked have you got this or that and the reply was always, I just put it back from were you took it last.

    Cheers Matt
