I have a Boom speaker in the shed. This round thing seems to have sound emit from every direction. The controls are on the top and the front. Hence I did not want to block it from emitting sound and I needed easy access to the front and the top. Yet I wanted to keep it safe from dust, gecko poo and other undesirable things.
