Holy cow!! What a fit out!!
And it's all for sale. Scrolling through the pics of what's for sale and the fit out of the shop... And the individual says it was all bought new in 2019 and delivered in 2020 and used very occasionally as a hobby. You won't find any deals but if you have a spare 60k you can have a shop in one hit.

Crazy prices. Hope he manages to move it on

I saw some of the back saws advertised on Ebay. Can't believe they are sctually worth that, or that someone paid that in the 1st place. My little mind has been expanded again.

They’re worth that new yeah. Seems he’s just trying to recoup all of his outlay costs. I’ve been collecting old saws from gumtree and the vintage tool store in Melbourne and re sharpening myself, I probably have 6 backsaws well within the cost of one of those
Cheers

Bad Axe,
We’re a Boutique saw maker in the States,
Too be fair if I was making saws I would be charging similar prices, but granted the seller is now selling second hand saws.
Cheers Matt.

I dunno i think its a bit short sighted to just assume the guy "bought all the gear but had no idea"
there's 10 million other scenario's that could have forced the seller to get rid of their stuff which may be much more genuine excuses then jumping to conclusions.

Looks like someone jumped to conclusions based on no evidence whatsoever and then decided to go even further with a bizarre, public, ad hominem about a person you've never met, work you've never seen and viewing habits you cannot possibly know. Here's a guitar I made several years ago and well before the current iteration of our workshop, but by all means, carry on speculating about our aptitude and motivation for selling which can't have anything to do with financial or health reasons, right?
As for 'crazy prices', it hasn't stopped the 40% we've already sold from being sold. Obviously, the market for second-hand custom Bad Axe saws isn't what we thought it was, hence why we're moved them to auction starting at $100. And as for the Felder, we'll be lucky to get 50% of their cost at this rate.
