Oh no, measured the window sills this morning. They are the wrong profiles, you can see in the pic above they look slightly different but neither is right... Will see what the sawmill has to say.

Looks like the sawmill sent 2 different sill profiles accidentally. The red one will be useable, the grove on the bottom will just need to be routed a little wider. Blue one is no good, if anyone is interested in buying it, send me a PM.
Cheers

Not much progress as I have been waiting for the new window sill and a few other items.
In the mean time though I picked this up. Bosch must have been feeling charitable as they gave me a free gravity rise stand.

By the look of the predicted temps over the next seven days here in Rocky you won’t want to be going out to the shed.

Yeah it’s not looking good Ross. It shouldn’t be too bad doing the windows as I have a roof now at least.
By the way Ross would you have a router table setup at all? I have to widen the groove on bottom of the window sills.

Have a Triton table. PM me if you think that will help.

One down, three to go.
Triton should do it Ross, I will give you a buzz once I have them all cut.

Jonesy's Shed Build
Lower trim board is on (Hardiedeck)and one more window in.
Also found a good use for the laser on the miter saw - marking miter cuts on flashing.
Also I didn’t use the Bosch to cut the Hardie deck, I used a circular saw. I would imagine the fibro dust wouldn’t do it much good.
Cheers

Well the rain finally stopped. So a little more progress today. Painting the back of every board before fixing.
Still a lot more to go...

It’s going to be a mighty fine shed when it’s done!

Thanks Cal I hope so!
Probably won’t be finished until March. A few big hurdles left yet. Doors, windows, soffits, gutters/downpipes, electrical, internal sheeting...[emoji37]

Well that’s it for this year. I thought I would have got more done but it’s slow with the small coverage and painting the boards.
Cheers
