I am ashamed and chastised.
I have been whinging for the past few weeks that my 5m x 6m shed with a 2 x 2 store room out the back is simply not big enough.
I think I'll go and have a really good think about it.

12.5 years in the Army ,10.5 in Catering Corp as a Steward and Mess supervisor I am used to doing the impossible with nothing, miracles just take slightly longer.
actually it works well as you are no more than 2 steps from any machine,
unfortunately I do not have space for a Table Saw or Joiner.
But beggars cannot be choosers , as they say,.so I make the most of what I have at the moment.

Know the feeling; after years of cramped places, I've got 9m x 4m and a 3 x 3 external shed, and still think that I can't swing a cat around in it!! Mind you, I don't have a cat to swing around, nor a dog either. But to try and put half he stuff into 3 x 3, no way,Jose.
Who was it said miracles can't happen???

Well here is the shed after a few weeks and several projects on the go,and a couple on the bench that need a set of bowl plates to finish.
the shed is working out well, and I do have some mods to do, a couple of shelves under the benches to hold power tools, and improved lighting on the machine bench.
all in all I am happy with how it is working out for such a small area.

Good on you Jeff.
There's nothing like being at home in your shed - no matter what the size.
I think that we all get that "this is where I belong" feeling when we walk into our caves.
Enjoy!

Looks very good Jeff. I'd recommend some insulation for the roof. It should not cost too much as it is not a large area.

Yep, and with all that going on in your private workspace, you can feel that "good" feelin' that comes over you from achieving....especially in space terms. Keep it up, lookin' good, and you'll get there
