Busy times ahead with new house and shed.
Look like you have the power, water? and comms sorted.
There will be a lot of runoff with a shed that size, have you considered drainage?

Now that's a shed!
If possible I'd love to know your costs so.I can get a better idea of budget for such a shed.

Looks like a fairly new semi rural area. Where are you relocating to?

More pics I wasn't able to post them the other night for some reason.
Slab down I decided to use 32mpa concrete for the job make it that little bit stronger, it's 100mm thick with a 150mm section at the far end to install a hoist.

Next thing I had to do was put down some sort of driveway, this is what it ended up like I laid a brick edge with crush rock on the bottom followed by 10 meters of Tuscan rock on the top.

Framing started on the Shed I was surprised actually how fast these guys managed to get it in the air, I decided to have only one roller door and two PA doors as the shed has a divider wall half way so I separate my work shop
area to the other section.

More photos to come.

What I did was run the storm water in the same pit at about 350mm on top of the electrical, when I dug out the trench I went about 800 deep for this reason.

Shed up now the fun begins.
IMG_3853.jpgIMG_3854.jpg
First thing I wanted to do was insulate the walls and line them with MDF, I managed to find some 1200x3600x16mm sheets cheap at a second hand building supply place which I snapped up pretty fast.
I also found some carpet tiles which I glued down to the floor in hope it helps with the cold.

Noice shed!
just showed the wife and she said “carpet tile?”, gave a wry smile and said ”why didn’t he put in under floor heating? That carpet is going to be hard to keep clean”.

Great work. You're going flat out.
I Love the wall lining. Although it's too humid in QLD to use MDF the concept is great. What about the ceiling?
From my perspective I'm looking at those tiles and thinking they would be much more forgiving on my back than standing on concrete.
At the same time I don't think I could ever keep my workshop clean enough.
