If you absolutely cannot have a window consider a large screen with a small camera outside. When needed you could use the screen as a PC screen.

The shed is up!!! Unfortunately, the window didn't turn up. I will have to install later. A few pics.

Sorry about orientation of the first, can't work out how to change it. Now the work begins fitting it out.

Pretty happy with the build quality, but no window delivered (wasn't made) and one of the doors was not square, so has to be remade. The downpipes have been connected to stormwater, but building inspector won't come until the door is on. I cannot start attaching anything to walls until he has signed off, other wise it becomes part of the build, which is not included in permit. So I really can't do much until the permit is signed off. I have at least received pricing from Swann Plumbing Supplies: 6m x 150mm pipe $58 + GST, 150mm 45 deg. bends $13 + GST & 150mm 45 degree junctions $19 + GST. Not as cheap as over in the west, but probably not worth mucking around with freight considering the difference. I think i will need 2 x 6m lengths, 12 45 degree bends & 6 junctions. I will have a good look over the weekend and draw up the ducting plan.

Because I have no benches and am pretty much starting with a clean slate, I am thinking about running DC ducting along one wall, concealed in the back of the bench, with just the 45 junction visible. Would appreciate thoughts and comments if anyone has done this or considered it in the past. Many thanks.

I tried it with 100mm ducting in my old shed and it was a right PITA.
Firstly it took up valuable cupboard and bench space but then you have lengths flex or ducting across your bench and typically blocking a walk way.
I also tried it about 250 mm up the wall above the bench - it then gets in the way of taller stuff stuff you put on the bench.
150mm would be even worse.
Along a wall about 1.8m or more high or overhead at about 2.1m high would be the minimum heights
