not sure that is right. Should be 1 cubic metre (m³) requires 108 x 20kg of premixed bagged concrete

Most san/soil/metal suppliers sell concrete mix; mixture of sand and gravel.
For .24 m3 get .3 mix and 3 or 4 bags cement. Should be ample.
