Another shed lining
Not as neat as rusel's but then my shed is a lot rougher than his!
I bought some sheets of cheap 6mm MDF which I painted before fixing to the studs,
I'd just planned to put the MDF up on the exiting studs after cutting out bits for the existing wood rack but after a quick browse on here and the Renovate forum for to the correct way to do it, I ended up installing some noggins in case I want to mount something to the wall. Definitely a skill involved in skew nailing the noggins so they end up where you want them. Not one I possess unfortunately. Still, they're nicely hidden behind the MDF so no one will see them.
Removing the old Masonite lining was a job in itself, not so much removing it as it was like thick cardboard, but cleaning up the mess behind it courtesy of spiders and rats - two of my favourite things.
It looks quite neat now it's finished so I might tackle the other walls - the ones that don't leak.
I was going to take some pictures of the finished job but decided to carry on and tackle the correct stacking of the various sheet goods on the mezzanine I'm now too knackered to lift a camera.Geoff
