Default Shed wall lining and insulation

5x7 mtr shed from fairdinkim Want to line at least one wall of my shed this evening to I can begin to hang things etc. what thickness ply would I need to get? I want to hang bikes but I will create a frame behind the wall braced by the portal frame and wall batten. I also have come into possession of some insulation, the type they lin the roofs with in prefab sheds. Would like to use this and some left over Tontine batt type insulation in the wall that gets direct sunlight and the other wall that faces the neighbors place to block out noise. With the bubble wrap type stuff how far off the external wall do I need to be? I have 40mm in my mind. Could I attach it to the back on the internal wall? How far off the external wall do I have to be for the batt type insulation?

Instead of using ply which could work out EXPENSIVE why not find a cabinet maker that buys their sheets in packs and procure the cover sheets from them, sometimes they are damaged on the edges. Quite often they are 19mm which I find is a good size to insulate against noise and to hang tools from.

40mm is the recommended air gap for the aircell type products.
