Well, the construction part of the job is done. See pics. Now have to wait for the epoxy and the sparky. Will do rainwater tanks and stormwater in the meantime.

Yep, very bad case of shed envy here too.

And it's only going to get worse. Damn.

Well, the epoxy floors are done, and the sparky has done his first day onsite - powerpoints in every bay, security lights outside, and wiring for some high bay LEDs. I've told him I want the shed to be crazy bright, but we'll revisit this once power is actually connected (January - sheesh).

I seriously hope your not expecting anything else under the tree come 25 of December, I mean don’t you think you have enough [emoji6].

    Cheers Matt.

    Hi Simon,

I assume you are also planning ballroom dancing as part of your shed activities?!!!

    Cheers,

The problem I see there is that they don't forget in the same way a male does!

    Regards
    Paul

PS: If Yvan's suggestion of dancing classes comes to fruition, you may find yourself the recipient of a small gift on festive occasions.

Built some serious shelves for "stuff" (not quite finished - need to double the posts so they're load-bearing).

Started work on a mitre-saw station, with cabinets above and drawers beneath (WIP).

Had to take the first can of purple back, as Bunnings mixed it wrong :/ I like bright colours (wanted the top colour, got the bottom)

Nice build. Any thoughts on how to seal the gap between the top of the roller door and the front of the shed?

Wasn't planning to seal it. I'm sure there are kits etc for that (with brushes, I guess), but a few inches gap isn't that big a deal.
