Question Non-slip for red tongue boards?

In order to tie in my newly levelled workshop floor to the various alpine slopes of my drive and paths, I've ended up with a 14 degree slope into the shed.

It's currently bare red-tongue board, so is quite slippery. Does anyone have suggestions for making this a non-slip surface? Rubber matting? Some sort of non-slip paint? This stuff from the green shed is pricey, and available in weird colours... Berger Jet Dry 4L Extra Deep Tone Non Slip Texture | Bunnings Warehouse

I don't want to paint the whole floor - it's just going to stay bare red-tongue, so coating or mat will just cover the meter or so wide entrance board. I'd rather it didn't end up red/blue/green/white/trendy glitz!

Doesn't have to be fantastically hard-wearing - as in vehicles. The slope is just to get things like bikes and machines in and out.

We just put a 24 grit sanding disc in a 5” grinder and go all over a traffic area, scuff it up a bit, seems to work fine for the three or five months until the hardwood floors get put down on it.

I put this into my browser "bunnings tread grip"
See if Croc Grip, or Gorilla Ladder Tread would suit you.
If you have a BGS near you.
    Good luck

You could add something like this Norglass Paints and Specialty Finishes: Slip Resistant Agent to almost any type of paint.

If you have any left over, you can use it to line wooden vice jaw faces, plus probably a few/many other uses.
I've used Croc Grip a bit; it can also be used to fill gaps in D/E fittings where storm water fittings are joined to D/E fittings, along with a bit of sealant.

Paint in your choice of colour and sprinkle sand on it whilst still wet. Cheap and effective.

Screw down a sheet of expanded metal. Ugly but effective.

I've gone with 7 strips of 48mm croc grip because I couldn't be 4rsed painting! Quick and easy to apply, and works well. And a decent amount left over to line the various jigs scattered around the shop.

Very happy to have that darn floor done. Now to get back to cabinets and shelves... and a DC enclosure.

Indicates the thickness of structural flooring. Red is 22mm. Blue is 25mm, yellow 19mm
