More slogging things back and forth!
After a great Christmas visit with the family back east I was able to get some time in the basement shop yesterday. Still no woodworking done, but the shop continues to come along.
Second Wind Workshop: CO Workshop Update #3 - Planning
I'm hoping to get another 8-10 hours down there over the long weekend.

Yep looks like a great space to spend some time. Nice you have some windows and access to outside. How is the weather there at the moment.

Shaping up to be a fantastic workshop. All of you hard work in pre-planning coming together.

Frank.

Thanks guys! I'll shoot some more pics along the way, with a peek or two out of the doors. We do feel very fortunate. There are a lot of folks hurting right now, so just having a home and even a place to follow a passion is a huge blessing.
Weather here is pretty nice...mid-40's. We've been getting some healthy dumpings of snow over the past couple months, but then the temps shoot right back up so most if it melts off pretty quickly. The shop actually stays pretty cozy. I haven't felt the need to add any kind of heating yet. We still have to see how January and February feel here in Colorado. My bet is that it won't be anywhere near as cold as the garage shop in Minnesota was!

Looking good Pete. Will be watching for the finished shop. Not that I think a shop is ever finished.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."
