Yep agreed takes up too much bench space so wanted to tuck them out of the way, powerboard will be mounted just had to find which of the festool chargers was whining without a battery plugged in to remove it
Picked up this toolchest from Sydney tools have found the overall build to be very sturdy so I should be able to get a lot organised on this peg board with the French cleat system

My vote goes for French cleats.
I am pretty happy with my French cleats. My workshop is a single car space in our 3 car garage. I decided it from the car area by means of storage shelving. On the side towards the workshop I installed sort off an open French cleat wall. I likening and making tool holders is quick and good use for scrap wood.
On the other side I have a plane till and saw till, which also holds the chisels I mainly use.
The rest is in drawers or standard shelving.
