I wont need 3 phase in the future as I don't think I will be here at this place that long (maybe a couple years).
As its only a 6x4 shed I cant fit anything else in there, not to say I wont upgrade machines. Even then i dont think I want to go 3 phase until I get a bigger shed at another property later on down the track.
When i was speaking to my mate about what machines I was using and talking about upgrading, he suggested the 6mm would be enough to run the machines I was running, then again I have no idea what size wires or anything like that.....I should just get him to come out and give me a list. Save a lot of time. money and posting on the forums, but I am not one to bother people all the time...

I haven't read the replies, but because your cable says 415/700 doesn't mean its 6mm cable. All that means is the cable insulation is rated to that voltage. You will find 0.5mm cable is also rated to that.
Depending on the length of the run, 6mm will get you 32A 3 phase.
Again, depending on your machinery, 32A per phase is a lot.
