Here you are, . Baked specially for your 60th Birthday (even though you are 2000 km away), and ( from left) Munruben, gawdelpus and Star about to enjoy it--after a jolly rendition of "Happy "Birthday".

Yep the LM pie was fantastic as usual. We did think of you whilst getting stuck into it

Hats off to Phil and his wife, great lunch and set-up. Had to keep moving the chairs to ensure we stayed in the sun with all the trees around, but was a perfect day without any clouds, surprising considering the cloudy wet start we had at 7am.

Phil had a display of his intricate wooden toys and also gave us the usual shed tour demonstrating his router set-ups, 3 of them to save changing bits.

Thanks again for a great day

    Cheers
    Neil

Thank you Phil (Prime Mover) and your wonderful wife Leanne for hosting us in such congenial surrounds. Enjoyed the day immensely. Good food, good company, good conversation. Pleased to look at your workshop and all the toys under construction and completed.
Special thanks for the toy plans I got in the door prize draw.

BTW I tumbled to the identiy of that tree with all the berries. It's Broadleaf Privet, a weed species, unfortunately.

Some photos to prove it actually happened. In the group photo, clockwise from far left, Star, Prime Mover, Ian (Big Splinter's FIL-to-be), Big Splinter, gawdelpus, dai sensei, Munruben. Fishflog and wife were later arrivals.
It was a glorious sunny winter's day, but a bit chilly in the shade. Prime Mover and Leanne have this 17 acres on the southern outskirts of Brisbane, nice shady trees around the house, but we kept moving our chairs into patches of sunlight. Eventually we moved out into the horse paddock.

Good on you ladies and gentlemen.

I actually thought of you lot today as we had a gathering of the family here to celebrate my daughters birthday (29th June), my mothers birthday (30th June) and mine (2nd July) and it was raining.

My thoughts were you lot were probably in short sleeves whilst we had heaters going.

Thank you for the thought Wizened,

    Default Heater

You have a keen eye Ray. Heater is for night time BBQ's. Gives off a nice ambient light thats all we use it for. Phil. ****
