Superbunnies new pen
Hi guys, just an update. I purchased the Sherwood mini lathe four weeks ago and have been working hard at it. I must say I’m very happy with the new Sherwood mini lathe and the adjustable speed. As a result I’ve been at work turning some new pens, pencil, letter opener and an iPad wand in various timbers, I don’t like using acrylic blanks, I’m a wood person. I just finished a pen called the Sadona from Timberbits and have lined up some more exotic pens for later when the drill bits arrive. For now below is a sample of some for your pleasure.

Well now I’ve gone into the rabbit hole and starting to experiment a bit more with fountain pens and using queen ebony. Anyhow, here are my latest pens.

Well what can I say, I just can’t help myself. Here is my latest creation, The Bromello kit completed in Red Gum and one of my best pens to date. I’m not selling this one as I love it so much and it turned out so well. Enjoy

Looks fantastic SB,
Red gum can can be tricky too turn, but I reckon you’re been successful there.
Well done, what’s next ???
Cheers Matt.
