Default Festool, Lie Nielsen, Nova, Bridge City, Powermatic and more on ebay

Lots of high quality tools for auction on ebay, all starting at $1, and all a reluctant, but necessary, sale.

The background to this is that just as we were setting up our workshop again, my wife suddenly collapsed at home and was later diagnosed with multiple meningiomas and so, due to a rather massive change to our lives, we need to sell the below equipment. The good news is that the main menigioma was fully resected (and the others quite small and just need monitoring at this stage) and basically benign and she’s recovering well. That said, while we hope to build the workshop up again (and are keeping some special items), in the short to medium term neither of us will be back in it, and in the circumstances, it makes sense to sell now.

Some of the Festool items were only just purchased and are new. Full details below and in auction proper. Local pickup only for most (Beecroft, Sydney).

Thanks, Ian. Quite traumatic event (particularly for our kids who found her at first), but recovery is going well - just no tools for her for quite some time.

Will you post, at buyers cost, or is it pick up only if successful?

It depends on the item - the listings make things clear. Anything smaller than a systainer is fine to post. For the Festool items, postage will be difficult, but we can possibly work something out with the buyer.

While I would love to bid on the Incra router table and positioner, getting it to Melbourne would not be practicable (let alone finding floor space for it).

All the best with the auctions.

Hope the wife regains good health.

Thank you. And yes, the only irritating thing about the Incra is the amount of space needed behind the end of the rail - can be really irritating. Aside from that, it's fantastic.

I have been fortunate enough to use a router table with an Incra positioner to know how good it can be.
Like others I lack space for a router table, let alone want to spend the money on a good set up. While I would like to bid on yours, getting it to Melbourne could become a costly night mare.

I live just “down the road” so I’ll bid on a few items.

Hope every thing works out for you and your family.

I do sincerely wish good things for your Wife & You that her health continues to improve.
I also wish that that your ebay auctions realise good returns for you, that you both can get yourselves back on track.

    Best Wishes

Thank you. It's amazing how when these things happen and you start talking about it you realise the extent to which others have had similar experiences.

Having met many members over the years (although my direct participation in the forum proper has been limited), I couldn't agree more.
