Hafco bp-14
G'day everyone- bandsaw beginner here. Saw this one on ebay:
Hafco BP-14 bandsaw 240 volts | eBay
Any opinions on whether this is a good deal or not? It's had no bites and has been reposted by the seller...
Cheers,

Did you bite the bullet and buy it or did someone else jump in as I see it's ended now.
Scratch that last reply as I see it's been relisted again.
They are a very generic Bandsaw that come under many different names. I used to have one which I brought around 1980 and it never gave me any grief. For basic sawing it works well. You can't use any magnetic attachments on the table as it is aluminium.Dallas

Yeah sorry about that I must have pasted the old link. Thanks for the feedback Dallas
Ok good to know, no I haven't yet- it just seemed like too good a price to be true given it appears to be in relatively good knick for its age. I was keeping my eye out for something perhaps a bit more solid with a bigger motor, but may end up just getting this one to tide me over. I'm happy to spend up to $1500 for the right one.
