There fantastic no doubt about that.
I often think were did we go wrong, we went from producing tools as art to , well were all seen the absolute junk that’s out there.
Cheers Matt.

Back when people took pride in there work quality was on the top of the agenda not money, you pick up tools like the above and seems like it was made exclusively to fit your hand

WP, thanks for reminding me of Jim Bode, the pool of drool forming beneath me threatens to engulf me!

I can highly recommend Jim Bode - I've spent way too much money there over the years, but never been disappointed!! Sadly, the state of the Pacific Peso now makes purchases very expensive - I almost long for another GFC, when we could get $US1.10 for every one of ours.

Thanks for the link to this place, WoodPixel - I wasn't previously aware of them.
Out of curiosity, from those that have dealt with them in the past, how are the costs as far as shipping is concerned?

Hell I'd settle for the exchange rate of a couple of years ago even. Making a bit more money these days but all my toys come from out of Australia so made no difference.

I have purchased from him previously, how ever it was long time ago, very pleased with the service and the products you get what you see in the photos
(this is not a good sign my wallet seems to be twitching in my pocket)
(these days but all my toys come from out of Australia)
unfortunately some of those tools are not available in Australia and if you do find them you have to kill the owner and bid at the estate auction
