Default Omega Stubby S750 & other woodoworking equipment

Omega Stubby S750 lathe & woodworking equipment | Power Tools | Gumtree Australia Bendigo City - Ascot | 1248741831

    Hi guys,

Probably not normally the place for introductions however I'll confess up front I'm not really much of a woodworker.
What brings me to your forum is I'm selling my late father inlaws lathe and accessories, along with some other wood work equipment.
Most of the equipment is used however some is brand new or very lightly used. I've plugged in all the electrical tools and they all run.
Have manuals for some of it, but most of the gear what you see is what you get in terms of accessories etc.

Here's a list of what is there

    • Omega Stubby S750 lathe includes timber stand, tools, Turn master copier, Vermec deep hollowing system WTT-017 (new), Multistar duplex chuck system (new), Vicmarc Uni chuck VM120 (new), Woodcut bowl saver 314556 (new), Pen, clock and keyring making components, assortment of different timbers and blanks. $6000
    • Woodman 14” bandsaw BA-214M $300
    • Carbatec WDV-1N 12” dovetail jig $150 (new)
    • Makita planer 580w 80mm Q91001 $125
    • Carbatec 12.5” portable planer/thicknesser CTJ-430 $250
    • GMC belt & disc sander BDC1500 $75
    • Hitachi Jigsaw CJ120VA $100
    • Black and decker belt sander KA85 $40
    • Ozito biscuit joiner BJ-750 $75
    • Nupower air nail gun NTF50 $50 (new)
    • Project Air framing nailer CHF9034 & Air brad nailer F-32D inc nails $200 (new)
    • Haron Auto Dowel jig H794 $75 (new)
    • Triton WorkCentre MK3, SkilSaw 3235 saw $350
    • Triton wood rack WRA001 x2 $120 both (new)
    • SKIL Router/Jigsaw table with Bosch POF50 Router $150

Woodworkisn't a hobby of mine but I'll do my best to answer any questions, or canprovide more photos of specifics if you wish. I'd strongly encourage anyserious buyers to come and inspect.
In a perfect world I'd sell it all as a lot, butI realise that's unlikely and I could be waiting a while, however I wouldlike to keep the lathe and all its associated bits and pieces together.

As this isn't an area of expertise for me I've had towing it a bit on the pricing, hence they're negotiable to an extent - I don't want tohold on to these chasing top dollar but do want to get a fair price for mymother in-law.

    Located in Bendigo.

    Cheers,
    Dave

    Hi Dave,
I'd be interested in the Woodman 14” bandsaw BA-214M, subject to its condition (I'd like to have a look at it), and if you are willing to take $250 for it.
I am based in Castlemaine and could easily come over.
The matter a fact, I'm going to be in Bendigo tomorrow for some appointments.
Send me a PM (personal message) to make arrangements if agreeable.
    Cheers,

    Fryers

    Hi Fryers,

I should have mentioned the gear is advertised elsewhere.I've had quite a bit of interest, mainly in the bandsaw and thicknesser.
Someone has comiitted to buying the bandsaw already and is coming on Saturday to collect - but if for any reason things fall through I can let you know.

    Cheers,
    Dave

Sorry all I was just wanting to move the equipment on to a new home so listed it in a few places where I thought would reach a greater audience.
I'll admit I probably didn't pay enough attention to the rules, please close/delete the thread as you see fit.

I'm sure it won't be a problem for most providing you keep the sales up to date so we know what's available.
