The machinery house ones don't work properly because in the down position the wheel axle is not vertical. It is tilted so the wheel always want to sit at its own angle and roll in its own direction.
I bought two sets but have only used one as the results were so bad.

And I'll also back up John and Bohdan on this.
I'm waiting for the day when I can justifiably give away the workbench I have them installed on, and they'll be going with it.
Just have to finish the shop fitout first and get a replacement bench up and running
