Default Kumiko Jig - Made in Australia - WIGWOOD

Kimiko Jig - Premium - ASA-NO-HA jig Kit

    https://www.wigwood.com.au/product-page/kumiko-jig

Kit includes 2 x chamfer jigs (45, 22.5 and 2 x 67.5 degrees) and a custom turned hex head bolt tool for adjusting jig spacers. Each jig includes 3 assorted Kumiko jig strip stock spacers, 2 x hex head bolts and a custom fitted Kumiko strip stock holder.

These jigs will take Kumiko strip stock up to 19mm allowing enough space to either use your finger for holding Kumiko strip stock or the included Kumiko strip stock holder. These jigs have been designed to be used with either a very sharp bench chisel, apron plane or Japanese Kanna with no rebate behind the blade (flat sole plane). Jigs can either be held in place with a clamp or placed into a bench vice. These jigs are 300mm long allowing enough space at each end to use one of three hex head bolt positions and adjusting jig spacers in a combination to set the jig and maintain settings at both ends whilst completing your Kumiko pattern.

These jigs are hand made in Australia from Australian timbers which include Tasmanian Oak and Blackwood.

All Kumiko jig angles are available on request.

Note - All other tools and accessories in pictures are not included.

Something I’ve always fancied having a go at and it certainly looks like a well thought out piece of kit... for free postage then I guess I’ll have one too!

Do we PM you regarding payment or do it through the website?
