Default Advice on treatments for leather bag

My daughter was given this gorgeous leather bag, and she wants to keep it looking good and fresh. Any advice on what to put on the leather to do this? It already has a small mark from being wet, which she doesn’t like, any advice? Thanks. 336502A1-98BC-4C40-8384-85A3DF855965.jpeg1357DDBC-6306-4E70-AE31-D2B8D1C1D2F9.jpeg

Not sure if you have found a solution but here are my suggestions.

If you are looking for a wax type finish to rejuvenate and provide some protection then Dubbin is your best bet. You can buy it where they sell leather supplies and I have also seen it where they sell Doc Martins. It is only a few $$ for a tin and it lasts forever.

You can also apply a protective coating but it can stiffen the leather and affect its finish. Some of the more popular are Tan-Kote and resolene but I'm not sure if I would use it on that bag. If you do try say tan-kote on a hidden spot to see how it affects the look and feel.
