Babington burner for forge and foundry
Hy guys, it is my first post on forum and I need your help with some advice for to improve my wasted oil burner temperature, My babington burner can melt cooper wire in few seconds and a cooper pot for casting in 5 minutes but the temperature obtained inside the forge is not sufficient for damascus steel making. How to improve my burner to increase the temperature at 2372 F (1300*Celsius) to obtain almost white color steel for forge welding.
My burner use wasted oil from kitchen, car and hydraulic oil, burn 2,5 liters /hour , air pressure from compressor is 2,5 atm and I attach a short movie and a picture with it
