From what I can see the insert should be able to be modified or re made to take an industry std bearing .
You need to line up a mate with a lathe.
The assembly appears to work on the insert rotating complete with the shaft.
Wheres the damage that makeds it necessary to replace ? Normally the rear edge of the blade is set to scrape on the side face face. Even the best of them are pretty crude. On mine I spun the bearing 90 degrees so that the blade edge rolls the bearing. Check out the roller bearing set ups on a good quality metal cutting bandsaw to see what I mean.
I still think a good fitter can fabricate an alternate an better piece for you and it will be cost effective.
