Thread: Aftermarket fence system

I have the Kreg. It seems to work ok however I am pribably not the best judge as I dont tend to use my bandsaw often

I have a Kreg and been using it on my 19" bandsaw for the past 6 years. I would not say it's the best but I like it, seeing as I'm selling my 19" with the new unused fence system on it I have my Kreg that I can offer for free if you pay the post, it's complete and in reasonable condition, it needs a new scale to read measurements but I've always used a rule as I can get it spot on.

No beer required, I'm off to Tassie and my new bandsaw in Tassie has a very good fence that came with it, anyhow, though I used it on a 19" bandsaw it is best suited to a smaller table I think.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Superbunny, he kindly offered me his Kreg fence for free and I greatfully accepted, it arrived today and although it's not yet installed, a test fit has already confirmed that it will be much more solid than the one that came with the bandsaw.

In this world where so many will only consider helping another human if there's something in it for them it's wonderful to find people like SB who are willing to pay it forward, he does not know me, I might be dead poor or I might be sticking rich but it didn't matter.
