    Question Bandsaw blades?

    Howdy Gents

    I have an old Dewalt bandsaw and the blades are 2095mm long. Not your standard size and I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where I could get new blades for it. Melbourne area prefeable but any info would be welcome. Thanks in advance Big Jim

    Hi
    I'm near Toowoomba in Queensland, up here there is a place called the saw doctor. This guy makes the blades to suit.
    Maybe you might have someone in your area that does the same

    I have just had a couple of blades made to size by McDiven Saws P/L in Williamstown
    9397-1458
    I have not used them yet so cannot comment on quality.
    I am sure that others have posted another company on your side of town.

    Have full range of European bandsaw stocks on roll, plus a CNC cut/scarf/weld/reprofile sytem and sharpening facilities as well. Can collect for sharpening and drop off completed in 2 days, or you can negotiate an urgent job if desperate.

    I get all my blades from Henry Brothers in Sydney. They provide an excellent service and the blades are top quality.
