Ah, should have waited of course.
The DVD is available from Amazon.co.uk at £8-57 plus P & P so I've ordered mine. They have more. Amazon.com also have it, in US dollars

just found that both MIK International and Gregory Machinery (Woodworking Warehouse in Melbourne) sell the bandsaw DVD, as well as many other titles in the series, prolly cheaper and easier than Amazon.
