    Default Bandsaw rear guide wheel.

Have a presumably Chinese band saw Exactly the same colour white as my Leda Craft planer /thicknesser, but totally unbranded. Not a bad deal for the $. Lots of cast iron 20" wheels, 3HP motor. However the rear top blade guide wore out catastrophically - the blade ate right through the bearing. The original had a bearing in a mild steel sleeve to add to the width. Replacement bearings are available but skinny and the sleeve is (as with most Chinese things not available) aparently can only get the bearing in the one size - width and doubling or more will just feed the blade towards the gap. If I had a metal lathe this would not be an issue, but I don't. The rear bearing runs in a yoke that can be screwed in or out for adjustment. Anyone have an idea or do I just hit up someone with a lathe and cough up the bucks.

It sounds like it's the same as what I have. You can get the whole assembly from Machinery House/Hare & Forbes.

I just replaced the small bearing in mine, luckily for me the outer "sleeve" was still intact so I just sanded it smooth.

I'd be keen to replace it though so keen on what you find. I also considered getiing a v-groove bearing and use that directly instead but didn't have to go down that path yet.

if botesmj1's suggestion doesn't work out maybe you could post a couple of photos and some dimensions so we have a clearer idea of what exactly you are after.

If you know the original diameter of the sleeve and the width, go to a good bearing shop and they should have a bearing close to that and let the blade run on the bearing. My big Mrs Robinson is like that. If the inner diameter of the replacement bearing is too large for the retaining bolt, you can make a spacer out of brass, plastic or even hardwood.
