Hopefully that helps a bit, any reason you are using a very wide blade? Is the material you plan on cutting quite thick? ( just curious

    Thanks SM.
That chart is great. And yes the timber can be up 4 inches thick but normally 2to3 inches. Thanks again.

+1 on the test cuts. I've seen some charts (think it may have been on a Carbatec site) that were a bit optimistic on the tighter radiuses though.
Also the usual tuning on the back of the blade with a wetstone helps.
    Cheers Ian

Thanks for that and the other info Ian.
I'm testing my 14 inch Carbatec with a 16mm blade to see if I can avoid having to buy the 21 inch model.
Thanks also to those who have contributed. It's appreciated very much.

Not sure if this is the way to let Turnedby Ian and others know that my Carbatec 14 inch unit cut an arc of 3.2metre radius without any trouble using 16mm blade. No burn marks. No rubbing marks. So for the time being I'm not buying a bigger saw. The timber was 50mm hardwood. I've yet to test it on 75 and 100mm thick stock..but I'm hopeful. Thanks to all for the assistance given.
