I have Mark's book, and yes, it's definately worthwhile. However, I also have "Msstering your bandsaw" on DVD, also by Mark Duginske - and that's a gem! I don't know how many times I've viewed it, but there always seems to be another "Oh!, I get it now" moment. Maybe I'm just slow . It can be purchased from Amazon - about $35US I think.

Watching Mark D. do his stuff - the man's a wizard! Maybe after 25 years practice I can do the same - except I'll be far too doddery by then.

Anyway, check these two items out; you can't lose!

    Cheers!

    Hi ernknot!

After having paid >$115 for a single blade (!) for my EB 316G, I decided to look around a bit when I needed some various 1/2", 1/4" etc blades.

I found C&S in Mount Waverly to be extremely helpful. They import dirty great bales of raw blade stock from Scotland, then make up what you need. Great quality (*way* better than standard blades), great service (ordered one day, ready the next) and great price - around $13 for a 2240mm HSS 1/2 6tpi hook tooth blade!

I've just found their business card: phone Max Simon on 03 9802 1040

*Usual disclaimer* I have no association with C&S other than being a happy customer.

    Cheers!
