Worth consideration regardless whether you choose to go VFD route with your existing 13a single phase regular household plug, with the caveat
not to use extraction, nor anything else consumptive like a radiator for example.
Or infact, if you decide to get your supply upgraded in future to a 16a supply, for say extraction,
you can swap out the lead for a heftier one with a "commando" plug when that gets done.

Or you could just swap out the motor for a single phase one, but a single phase motor is hard on the supply compared,
so you'd need to get your supply upgraded.
Starting a single phase motor is what's hard on the supply, and that isn't the case with 3 phase motors using a VFD.
The trouble is the split second inertia required for single phase motors, produces a surge which will trip the breaker/blow fuse in plug.
A VFD/inverter has large capability for storing energy, and makes it easy on the supply not needing to start a 3 phase motor so fast, i.e mines set to seven seconds "ramp up" time.
Compare this to one millisecond which the single phase motor requires,
and consider the mass of large solid wheels like on my machine, or the one linked, makes that fairly understandable.

Just thought the machine seemed cheapish, (provided you could see it running with a wide blade installed)
Though I've never looked at your classified sites to see.
I'd doubt you'd get much of a machine for that sorta money new, and certainly not something with 400mm under the guides.

Sorry again for flogging a dead horse, but your ..."only have single phase power" comment seemed to disregard all logical possibilities,
that is.. for one who might wish to have their cake and eat it too,
and not opt for an Alaskan mill or woodmizer setup instead

Just a wee video of the same machine as mine, should you wish to see how smooth the startup is, as one could see with my saw running from the household plug aswell,
but to mention I'd be very uncomfortable with the VFD/inverter not being enclosed in a box.

P.s I believe, but not 100% certain that the motors on ACM's SNAC 640 machines to be 3HP dual voltage, the same hp as on my 600, no de-rating necessary,
so my query of de-rating a motor what's FLA (fully loaded amps) would exceed the household 13amp plug wouldn't apply, that is..
under hobbiest usage and not without regard of the supply.
i.e as you should with anything consumptive, be it single phase or otherwise.

    Cheerio
