Yes, but Bandsawparts.com's price is per single tyre ("All tires are sold as single tires and prices are per tire"), whereas Rockler, Amazon etc all sell theirs as a pair for a similar price ("Heavy Duty set of 2 urethane tires.")

Maybe there is some massive difference between blue urethane and orange urethane, but I wouldn't expect it to be that significant...

That, I don’t know. BTW, is there really a difference between blue urethane and orange urethane tires?

Finally got everything finished and running!

Had some vibration/imbalance issues with the upper wheel that I just couldn't isolate, let alone correct, using the "spin the wheel around and mark the bottom where it stops" method, so I experimented with positioning a lump of blu-tac at various points around the wheel until the vibration was tuned out. The next step will be getting the blu-tac weighed accurately, and then I'll pop into the local tyre fitters and scrounge some alloy wheel balancing weights to put on as a more permanent solution.

So, to summarise - new belt, new pulley, new drive shaft, new bearings all around, new tyres and new tension spring...

The effort's been worth it though - it's running very nicely now, and I know that nothing will need attention for a good few years.
