Can I check that you need to order blades separate to bandsaw?

I picked up the BP-355 during the week and put it together last night, it all went together very well and the quality seems very good.
It came with a blade but I did pick up a new blade as I heard that the blades that they come with are rubbish. I do want to get a 3/4" for re-sawing and a fine blade for tight curves.
I watched some videos on You Tube on how to set up the bandsaw and tune it, I found this one quite good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGbZqWac0jU
I went through the setup procedure this afternoon and it seems to be cutting very nicely, I had a quick muck around with some re-sawing and was amazed at how accurate it was, my only other experiences with bandsaw was in high school and those things wandered all over the place so I actually couldn't believe I could take 3mm or 4mm off the side of a piece of timber that accurately.
Very happy with it so far.

Dazm, what new blade did you get. I want to replace mine on the BP-360.

I just got a fairly generic blade from Hare & Forbes, I think it's just their brand.
I was at Carbatec today and they had a much wider selection so I think I'll get another 2, one for re-saw and one for finer curved stuff.
I'm going to check out Carbide Tools as they're not far from me http://www.carbidetool.com.au/ I've heard good things about them.

That's the one! Just make sure you do it ALL that way he does though. Its a complete system. You can't do just part of it
Also you will get much better blades from a specialist than from carbatec or H&F. I get mine from McDiven Saws at Williamstown, VIC. just down the road from me about 15 minutes away. He sends them all round Australia and around the world. The quality is superb and generally cheaper than from Carby, H&f etc. I have no interest in them other than as a very satisfied customer.
Cheers
DougI got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.
