Hi All,
Yes I have resharpened my 3/8in. x 6TPI, again.
As I had a very small brush with the Blunting Blade, the long finger left hand, I thought I had better do something about it, so I did.
Cuts like the Devil, & the 3rd. Sharpen, into the bargain.

So I also had a little Win. I was getting low on these ¾in. Paper Sandpaper Discs.
I had some Stiff Cloth Backed 150 G., & a Wad Punch, & cut out about 12+. Hard part was finding the Centre. Had a small Punch that had a Squared End, & it done it's job Spot on.

Just the right size Hole for the Small Screw, that fits the Pin that hold the Discs, then into the Collett of my dremel like Moto Tool. Had to cut that Pin a bit shorter, as it got the Wobbles. Doesn't now.
Had a go at a couple Teeth, worked like a dream.
The 150G came from one of those Sanding Thicknessers, that had only been used with Pine.
Worked out in the end to put the Karcher High Pressure on it.
Cleaned it up like Brand New.

So we have one Happy Chappy.
