Henry Bros Saws
Hi all, not sure if this is the right area to post this. Just wondering if anybody has an email address for Henry Bros Saws?
I ordered and paid for 3 blades before xmas and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I have tried calling the number on the website but nobody is answering.
Thank you in advance.

I'd take that to mean they were on holidays.

Many thanks for the above. The person noted on the phone that the blades would be with me in 2-3 days after payment (which was made before xams). I understand close down periods, but this is probably not the best advert for service!

When I dealt with them in 2015 they did not use email.
I placed an order over the phone and unfortunately they sent me the wrong size blades (something 5530 was sent and they should have been 5350mm). I was worried because nothing was in writing but the guy I called back at HB turned out to be the guy I placed an order with and he admitted it was their mistake - he had it written down in his note book but the invoice had the wrong measurement. Within the hour they had organised for a saw service here in Perth (www.hughans.com.au) to shorten the blades. Technically, because of the shorter length I was due a refund of ~$10 but I was so glad the blades could be shortened so quickly I did not follow it up.
The really good outcome was I really liked the service I experienced at Hughans so have been using them every since. Great service, slight better prices and no postage for me.

Got the blades yesterday. They sent them to the incorrect address. Sorted now. Mistakes happen. Looking forward to putting them to good use!
