    Has anyone had recent email contact with Louis Iturra of Iturra Design? I have tried a couple of email adddresses found in archives, but have received no reply, but no bounce either. I know he is allergic to websites, but is he also allergic to emails I wonder?

    Well, I got the one reply from Iturra, but no more. He seems averse to doing business electronically. The line is now dead.

    Iturra doesn't have website. From what I know, he prefers to talk to his customers and he's not an e-commerce fan.

    Highland Woodworking in the USA stock Iturra bandsaw springs, so they can probably get his other products too - I have found them to be very customer oriented (think Lee Valley). They also either stock or can get an amazing variety of parts for machines that are no longer represented in Australia like Delta and Porter Cable.
