there is a book by philips a kiwi wood turner ,that shows sharpening with a sanding disc in a 4in grinder ,basicly you just touch up the top of the blade. works well for me as i use 2&3 tpi blades ,once you get the hang of it . its fast or the tooths gone thats why theres so many of them i guess! takes about 5 mins to do about 15ft ,and you dont have to remove the blade . my blades have a lot of set ,so no problem usually sharpen 2-3 time before blade is worn out or breaks , journey man mick had a sharpener and setter for sale . cheers bob

I just touch the face of the tooth with a cutting disc in the angle grinder while they are in the saw

Coupla times I did it the correct way and removed the blade sharpened then and set them with a hand saw set. But there are far more pleasant ways to aquire RSI

There has been a commercial shapening jig become avalable in the last few months in the states but its only suitable for large blades such as used in a band saw mill

Leonard Lee in his sharpening book recommends a small diameter diamond cylindrical burr in a Dremel-type hand grinder. The trick is to file away the back of the tooth, not the front, so as to preserve the blade cutting shape.
I do this and find I can get 2 resharpenings out of a blade before it is too dull. The limitation is that blades with 6 or more TPI are too small to be able to do this.
