The next run is going ahead now. So if you have not already PM me do it now.
If you are wanting a higher fence plate for for the ones already out there PM me, cost is $15 plus postage of $5

I have done a deal with the hammer BS importers to supply them with these fences. So after this run they will not be available at wholesale and I will have to sell them nearer a retail price.
So last time offer at $75

    Pat
A extra $15 for a total of $90 and you get both fence plates, 25mm and 50mm, and the mitre fence.
Or have any one of the fence plate and mitre for $75.

    Default New mitre fence orders

    Hi
Any new orders will have to be at $110 (plus $15 postage) as per my agreement with the bandsaw supplier.

He is not selling the inserts so there will stay at $15 each plus $5 postage.

    Cheers

    Default 2nd run update

    Hi guys
Well it's all over bar the shouting as they say.
All the mitre parts have been cnc out. Some tapping, countersinking and a clean up to go. Have to duct down the hill tomorrow as I broke my last 5mm tapp... Best have lunch while I am out
Still to make the inserts, but they can be done while I finishing the fences off

Aiming for the post end of the week or monday.

    Cheers

    Thanks,

    Hi
I did a little oops on one of the mitre fences.....
The engraving one two of the degree numbers is a little deep .7mm instead of .3mm deep... see pic....Note the s/r number it had to happen on this one so this will only make good thing from now on.
So I am wondering if someone who is in the 2nd run will take this one if I throw in a insert????

    Cheers

Russell, do you mean .4mm deeper on the Left Hand 30 & 40 degree markers?

Doesn't worry me, as it looks not to affect the performance and accuracy of the mitre gauge.

I'll take it, to save you making another one.

    Anyway, what's 0.4mm between friends

    Hi Pat
That all is 0.4mm deeper..... all still accurate.
And for this you get yourself a spare insert.

    Thanks
