    Default Resaw blades options

Just bought a new lugana 18 inch bandsaw, and am now looking at blades...at first was going to pay the $$ for a laguna resaw king..but i see the resharpen requires sending it back to the US , so what are some other options being used out there, also will need a few other blades for other work..dont mind paying for quality

You don’t HAVE TO HAVE a tungsten tipped blade, there’s plenty of good blades in carbon steel that will do a great job at a fraction of the price. Leaving you left over cash for other things. Go to Henry Bros. We’ve been dealing with them for 50 years for one good reason, they know their stuff.

Highland Woodworking's $40 WOODSLICER is rated comparable to the Laguna for it's cutting quality. The Laguna blade is said to last much longer. I'm a hobbyist not a production shop, so the WoodSlicer, less than 1/3 the price of Laguna Resaw King, is the blade I just bought.
