Sillent C. I started posting on this board in 1999., and stand on my record as a contributor.
It's a bit like pay T.V.programmes. Most of the topics under discussion have been aired at least once and in some cases many times before. A little bit of research in the archives via the search button would not go amiss.
Occasionally a red mist descends and I feel compelled to fly in to print. Most of the time I manage to restrain myself but sometimes I let my fingers do the talking. If I offended anybody too much I apologise.
Biting Midge. Wind a bit of garden tie wire, or similiar around them. But why would you keep old blades anyway? :confused:Jack the Lad.

You're right, a lot of questions get asked over and over. I've only been here a year but I can vouch for that. I suggested an FAQ but that idea was dumped on from a great height - you had your say on that to. Why does it irritate you so much when people ask a question that's been asked before? What I do if I see a question come up that's been answered before is I just post something like "do a search on blah" or if I can be bothered, I find the post and put in a link. I reckon that's a lot more helpful than "What a bloody useless discussion!". But then that's just me.

I thought that was workshop rule number one.
Never throw anything out - It'll come in handy if I ever find a use for it

Okay okay I should have started a different post but we've been cutting so many corners I thought I would see if we could go round in ever diminshing circles and see who wound up with the whole thing dissappearing up their major orrifice :eek:Perhaps it is better to be irresponsible and right, than to be responsible and wrong.

Yep, thanks Sprog and Barnsey.
Rule no 1.
Cheers,

I hang my 10 or so blades on 3 or 4 nails teeth facing in so I dont scratch my baby smooth skin on them when I walk past and I keep the most used ones to the outside of the nail so they are easier to get to.
For all those cranky forum members adding to this thread you might want to try medication to relieve the symptoms of PMT! Ha Ha
Hey Snowwood where abouts in the mountains are you ?Ross"All government in essence," says Emerson, "is tyranny." It matters not whether it is government by divine right or majority rule. In every instance its aim is the absolute subordination of the individual.
