That pulley is a Stenco brand pulley, very common and Australian made. Just Google 'stenco pulley' and you will find heaps of hits. Blackwoods in Perth have them, suppliers of power transmission equipment, any bearing supplier would stock them, and good hardware stores or someone like Gasweld. I'm sure you will have no problem locating one, and the 1/2" bore will probably be a standard off the shelf item.
Out of interest, the '2' and '1A' refer to the PCD (pitch circle diameter) which is basically a nominal size referring to where the belt sits in the groove and 'A' refers to the width across the top of the belt, among other dimensions.
