    Default Woodman 14' Bandsaw Parts

    Hi everyone, New to this technology so please bear with me. I have a Woodman 14' bandsaw which was given to me some time ago. Used a few times and it became obvious it had a hard life. Most bits I have managed (guide bearings and blocks etc. However, the top wheel mount and blade run out adjuster is suffering and in imminent danger of failure. This machine is from the 80s I believe. Can anyone help with a source of parts etc. Local tool shops don't seem to be able to help much. Thanks. Bill

    Firstly, I'm guessing it's a 14", not 14'.

    As you are new to the forum you probably can't post pictures, so I'll ask if your bandsaw looks like the one in this post.

    If so it's a fairly generic model and someone should be able to help you locate parts.

    I have a Woodman 14" bandsaw the same as the one in the photo. I bought it from Major Woodworking Equipment in Padstow, Sydney 25 years ago. They might be worth a try for parts.
    My bandsaw is the same as most of the generic Delta copies that were made in Taiwan at the time. I have the manual and can scan the parts diagram if it helps.

    Just bought a new adjuster for my old 14" same style as yours. $100.00 from Trade Tools they have branches around Aust.
    and have a good postal service to boot. I purchased mine from their Coopers Plains Branch Qld.
